ork place stresses are killing Christians. Christians are being silently persecuted on the jobs. My reader might have heard the phrase. We are a Christian country, the truth is, this is only in the movies. There is a secret, violent, and silent war being raged in the work place against genuine Christians. There is a stigma leveled against genuine Christians. Employers and employees thinks Christians has no humors, sad faced religious fanatics. They also thinks that genuine Christians hates those with alternative life styles, frowned at elicit sex, holier than thou attitudes, and making others feeling uncomfortable. In addition. These sees genuine Christians as people that will poison the work place and create unrest.
UNJUST STIGMATIZATION
The truth is: Genuine Christians are very friendly people. Kind, good, hard working, reliably, sober minded, and responsible. Genuine Christians are more likely to further their education, so as to give themselves and edge in the job market. They are more likely to come to work on time and refrained from stealing from the company. Because of these qualities: For, the non-Christians to get the edge, or the first place, on the job. They have to condescend to lies, pit digging, back stabbing, put downs, suck up, and name calling. In addition to things enlisted.
The none-Christians used: go to hell looks, what you doing here! Attitudes, cold shouldering, as the silent medicine. They spread the net of workplace animosity so tight, they themselves have to wonder what keep the genuine Christians going! For example, you might have a degree. For the employee that do not even have an high school diploma to get a position over you. Sucking up, good looks, charm, and lies is being used. Do not underestimate a suck up. Employers love a suck up like a woman love roses. A suck up is a snitch, who gives the employer temporary control. However, a suck up is a double edge sword. If an employer want an eye among his or her workers! It is best to put a sweet heart among them.
FIVE COMMANDS TO CHRISTIANS EMPLOYEES
Knowing and winning a job is not enough. You must develop other qualities that will enable you to hold the job. Qualities: such as, responsibility; reliability, honesty; motivation, and education. Suck up, and snitches comes cheep, it is easy for an employer to get rid of such. Because, before the day is over such can be replace. But, a responsible, reliable, honest; motivated, and educated worker is not easy to be replace. These comes only on resume. One of my boss give me more pay that those who was above me. Because in an emergency, he could pull me off my lunch, and have me work through my lunch time. Christians that have believing employers was commanded to do them service. Do not slack up and work with eye service.
1 Tim. 6:2 (KJV) And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.
Ephes. 6:5-6 (KJV) Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; [6] Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
1. Be obedient (note, § Ephes. 6:5).
2 Please masters in all things (Titus 2:9).
3. Do not contradict or gainsay orders.
4. Do not steal the goods of the master entrusted to you (Titus 2:10; Acts 5:2-3)
5. Show faithfulness in all things (Titus 2:10).
Titus 2:9 (KJV) Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again; Titus 2:10 (KJV) Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
PROTECTING YOUR EMOTIONAL LIFE
Let the peace of God possess your souls to the point where workplace stress, do not cause you to go sick.
Isaiah 26:3 (KJV) Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
This is a promise for all men of all ages who meet the condition of keeping the mind stayed on God, and who trust in Him at all times, in all things, and in all places (Psalm 91)
As a Genuine Christian, you must be aware that you are hurting people more than you ever know.
Your presence is bringing people under convictions. You being there are preventing a lot of evil from taking place. People used witchcraft to help them to keep the job, and help them controlled others. They wear talisman, and guards. Whenever the genuine Christians are in presents, these things are null by the power of God upon your life. That why they do not like us, yet cannot do without us.
GIVING YOUR SELF BINDING AND LOSING POWER
Job 22:28 (KJV) Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
Matthew 18:18 (KJV) Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
You have to move yourself up in God, so you will able to use Binding and losing power
This will help you to shut down an enemy, and sometime even drive them out. Making all the traps that they set turn back on them, and making them fall into the same pit that they dug out for you.
