O n ancient battlefield as well as modern battlefield, a cripple solder have no chance. For a solder to take the fight to the enemies, he must be able to see, hear, smell, walk, and be able to exercise stealth. These five senses must be developing far beyond that of regular people.

If a wild pig fails to smell the dogs, he has no chance. It is the same thing with a spiritual solder. You must know that your employers are planning to lay you off, six months before they approach you. You must know that certain people do not like you before you seek their help. You must know that, that man or woman is not going to be a good spouse to you. You must be able to see behind the masquerade masks that people put on. People in the church wear two faces, and two tongues. You must be able to discern them. The reason why we do not know is because we are not serving God well, there is certain sin in our live. This lesson is prepared to show you how to know.

THE CHRISTIANS LIFE IS NOT HARD.

Matthew 11:29 (KJV) Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Matthew 11:30 (KJV) For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

To be successful in the Christians life you must lay proper foundation, develop some new habits, and try to break old ones. It all depends on who is your pastor, and how you started out. You have to start out with a foundation. If you started out and ignore the foundation, you begin to have all kind of trouble as you go along the way. The Bible is your guide line; you will need to learn the art of interpreting the word. You have to lay a foundation of love.

Making and growing successful children is an art that any body can learn. It is the same principles that make good Christians. If the parent starts the teaching after the child begins to walk and misbehave, it is too late. When they should be correcting the child they were enjoying the child. The teaching must start when the child is weaned from the milk.

Isaiah 28:9 (KJV)Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. NEW CHRISTIANS MUST START WHILE GETTING THE MILK OF THE WORD.

1 Peter 2:2 (KJV) As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

New Christians spent time enjoying the body of faith, failing to see that the eyes of backsliders are monitoring the growth of the new Christians. As a new believer you need to start feeding upon the scriptures by reading it, daily and by practicing quiet times. Christians, who do not read the word, are hurt by it when they heard it or read it in some article.

FAITH NEED LOVE TO ACTIVATE IT.

Galatians 5:6 (KJV) For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

1 John 4:20 (Living Bible) If anyone says "I love God," but keeps on hating his brother, he is a liar; for if he doesn't love his brother who is right there in front of him, how can he love God whom he has never seen?

HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THEMSELVE UNTO THE RIGHTOUSNESS OF GOD.

Romans 10:3 (KJV) For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

THIS IS GOD’S RIGHTUSNESS.

Micah 6:8 (KJV)He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?

YOU AND I WILL NEVER PUT THE RIGHTOUSNESS OF GOD ON UNTILL WE PUT OFF COVETOUSNESS.

Heb 12:15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;

Christians in charismatic circle think every thing is ok because they feel spirit moving upon them. The spirit of God will always come upon believers when you are doing what you were anointed to do. Just like Sampson, but that does not mean that, every thing is ok in other part of our lives.

Matthew 7:22 (KJV) Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? Matthew 7:23 (KJV) And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Matthew 7:24-25 (KJV) Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: [25] And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

A person who has love cannot be a gossipmonger.

Your first obligation as a new Christians is to yourself. This is your responsibility, it is your soul. You must add to your faith, you must straighten out yourself. The preachers will not do it because they are afraid of hurting your feelings. If you say you want to get married to a cat, they will find a way to agree with you. The whole things are now gone money making. If you refuse to see what is going on, you will be left behind.

Acts 2:40-AV And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

GOD FIRST JOB ON OUR LIVES:

Hebrews 12:6-AV For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

Isaiah 35:8-AV And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it [shall be] for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err [therein].

God begin to clean up our lives, he begin to cut the chain of pride off our feet because he does not walk with the proud. God have people for you to reach for him. Sometime he wants a black pastor in a white church and wants a white pastor in a black church. If you have prejudice in you, you will fail the calling of God upon your life.

YOU CANNOT SERVE GOD IN CHAINS:

John 8:32-AV And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Hosea 4:6-AV My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

INNER CONFLICT:

The first battle that a new Christians will be call upon to win, is going to be the last battle that you will ever win. This is the inner conflict, between our selves and the spirit of God. This is our old nature, which is call flesh, or the old man.

Romans 7:22-AV For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: Romans 7:23-AV But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

YOU MUST KNOW WHAT SINS CAUSES PEOPLE TO STOP HEARING FROM GOD.

Isaiah 59:1-AV Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: Isaiah 59:2-AV But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid [his] face from you, that he will not hear. Isaiah 59:3-AV For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness. Isaiah 59:4-AV None calleth for justice, nor [any] pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

THE HOLY SPIRIT DOES THE GUIDING:

John 16:13-AV Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

You must know what sins stop Christians from hearing from the Holy Spirit. There are seven sins against the Holy Spirit. One of the seven is unforgiving. Note! I say only one from the seven is unforgiving.

THE HUMAN ELEMENT:

2 Tim. 3:12 (KJV) Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

Once you learn how to deal with persecutions which is the bi products of godly living you are home free.

The second battle that new Christian will have is with people. People in the church and people outside. People who or upset about your change of life, and are feeling scared about it. God is going to clean up your life. On you job or in church, this new life caught people attention. Like a dog who do not like when another dog find a bone, people do not like when other people caught the attention of those in authority. This will get you enemies. God have away to beautify the meek with salvation.

Matthew 10:17-AV But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;

If you do not beware of men, they will cause you to suffer shipwreck of faith. Be on the look out for the big shock. The shock will be so bad some people never get over it. The people that talk the most and pretend to be the most holy among us are sometime the worst person in the community.

1 Timothy 1:19-AV Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck: 1 Timothy 1:20-AV Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme.

You must know when people do not like you long time before they put it into spoken word. You must know when you are not welcome; when people cannot be bother with you, when people do not want to talk to you, long time before they said it.

1 Samuel 18:14-15 (KJV) And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the Lord was with him. [15] Wherefore when Saul saw that he behaved himself very wisely, he was afraid of him. 1 Samuel 18:30 (KJV) Then the princes of the Philistines went forth: and it came to pass, after they went forth, that David behaved himself more wisely than all the servants of Saul; so that his name was much set by.

DO NOT MAKE PEPLE BEAT UON YOU.

Do not make people take little mean shot at you and get away with it. They will use the scripture, while beating up on you. Telling you to have patient, when you hit back tell them to have love. Do unto others, as you would have them do to you. When you tolerate evil, it only multiplies. You do not have to use dirty words just tell the trouble maker that you have seen that mean action and you will be planning a defense.

BEWARE OF WHOM YOU MAKE BE YOUR PASTOR.

Act 14:22 putting muscle and sinew in the lives of the disciples, urging them to stick with what they had begun to believe and not quit, making it clear to them that it wouldn't be easy: "Anyone signing up for the kingdom of God has to go through plenty of hard times."

Acts 14:22 (KJV) Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

You want people who will Confirm your souls. Which mean to reinforce, establish, rooted, and settle your soul in the things of God

Ecc 12:9 And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.

KINGDOM OF CULTS:

The third battle is with false religions. Now that you have found Jesus, every body will want to bring you to their church, so they can make you two times the child of hell than themselves. If you are not smart, they will over throw your faith.

Colossians 2:8-AV Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

2 Timothy 2:17-AV And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; 2 Timothy 2:18-AV Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. color=black>

Satan is going to launches sever attacks on you, and if he fails, in desperation Satan will use his demons to poses all the people that you are associate with, and uses them against you. Satan will be going after your good name. Satan will begin to fill people right and left of you with hate, none of them can say what you have done. Then to justify their feelings they will make up lies, and behind your backs, they will be talking about you. But none of them will confront you. Then one day when you slip, they will use it. You drop a ripe banana skin in the road, which is not right, but when they finish with it, they will be accusing you for murder. When my enemies cannot find nothing to use they go through my writing and pick out every bad grammar and bad spelling. Every five are so pages I deliberately planted a bad spelling, so as to know how far the person reaches in reading the article. Because once they find a bad spelling, they are going to throw it right back in my face.

However, it is important for you to know that this is a trap, to make you isolate yourself from people. Therefore, you refuse to assemble with the saints.

The last and great battle will be with the demonic host. All of this battle can be won by studying the word of God. And learning to listen to the Holy Spirit. Do not just accept every spirit you came across in the church claiming to be the holy spirit Many churches is loaded down with demonic spirit posing to be the holy spirit.

John 16:2-AV They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

(1) EXAMINE YOURSELF:

Soon after the believers were saved, and have his or her heart saturate with God’s love and their soul flooded with the peace of God, the believers is going to go through a time of testing. Christians call this the wilderness experience. I called this boot camp. Every mistake you made in the wilderness experience you have to repeat it. Because the wilderness experience is training, before you enter the real battle field. The wilderness experience is harder that the real thing, the only difference is that in the wilderness experience you get the chance to repeat you mistakes.

In boot camp a solder get the chance to repeat a mistakes, but when he goes on the battle field he has no chance of repeating any mistake, any time a mistake is make he is dead. If you repeat the mistakes too often, it slows you down and causes you to miss out on Devine appointment. You cannot wager that God has another you, sometime it is only you. If you fails multitude dies.

1 Corinthians 11:28-AV But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of [that] bread, and drink of [that] cup. 1 Corinthians 11:29-AV For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. 1 Corinthians 11:30-AV For this cause many [are] weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.

JUDGE YOURSELF:

1 Corinthians 11:31-AV For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

PURGE YOURSELF:

If I an you refuses to purge ourselves, we will take every teaching that we receive with a bad spirit. That is the reason why people fake to mist understands the message, the article or the book. Because they take with bad spirit.

2Timothy 2:21-AV If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, [and] prepared unto every good work.

James 4:6-AV But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. James 4:10-AV Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

SPEAK NO EVIL OF OTHERS:

James 4:11-AV Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of [his] brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.

GRUDGE NOT:

COVET NOT:

God will never use a covetous person. For what purpose? These kinds of people credit others for nothing; they tear down, and cause discouragement.

ANGER NOT:

Proverbs 16:32-AV [He that is] slow to anger [is] better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

People who given in to anger always walk into a trap: Others provoke them easily. And get them to make treats, and get arrested.

THE SIN PROBLEM:

1 John 1:6-AV If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 1 John 1:8-AV If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1 John 1:10-AV If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

THE SIN AGAINST YOUR BODY:

1 Corinthians 6:18-AV Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

People who have no control over their sex drive always end up in trouble. Men pay young prostitutes $600 to say you rape them. Remember these girls sex for $10 US. They would lie on their father for $600 US. These will have no mercy for a bible proclaiming child of God. That why God is telling us to flee. "flee" In this sense me to beware. It does not mean that you must never take some.

SOME SIN YOU CANNOT WIN AGAINST IT ON YOUR OWN:

1 Corinthians 7:8-AV I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if they abide even as I. 1 Corinthians 7:9-AV But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.

MARRIAGE:

Marriage between carnal Christians and spiritual Christians do not work. you must come of age spiritually to know that such and such a person is not spiritually ready for marriage.

CARNAL MEAN IMMATURE:

Immature Christians do not understand the spiritual Christians. Carnal Christians cannot see the danger up a head.

John 3:8-AV The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Romans 8:7-AV Because the carnal mind [is] enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

1Corinthians 3:1-AV And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, [even] as unto babes in Christ. 1Corinthians 3:2-AV I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able [to bear it], neither yet now are ye able. 1Corinthians 3:3-AV For ye are yet carnal: for whereas [there is] among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

BEWARE OF SELF DECEPTIONS.

Self deceptions will get you no where but right in the pit of hell.

James 1:22 (KJV) But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

FINDING OUT YOUR CALLING

When I was newly save, the believers always, ask me if I know the will of God for my life! I never really know what they were talking about. Every person that was saved had a mission and a gift. However, because you are just a babe in Christ you do not know any of these. As you go on with the lord his will for you will unfolds day bay day. Do not run off and make any big commitment. Your mate has to be tailor made for you by God. You are now a citizen of heaven. Heaven does not rule by democracy. You cannot serve God with democratic mind set.

WHAT YOU MUST DROP OFF.

Hebrews 12:1 (Living Bible) Since we have such a huge crowd of men of faith watching us from the grandstands, let us strip off anything that slows us down or holds us back, and especially those sins that wrap themselves so tightly around our feet and trip us up; and let us run with patience the particular race that God has set before us.

Ephes. 4:31 (Living Bible) Stop being mean, bad-tempered, and angry. Quarreling, harsh words, and dislike of others should have no place in your lives.

Col. 3:8 (Living Bible) but now is the time to cast off and throw away all these rotten garments of anger, hatred, cursing, and dirty language.

GET A GOOD BIBLE, FIND A GOOD CHURCH.

One of the best Bibles out there is the New King James Version. Dake’s annotated Bible is very good. Next, you need a living bible to make some thing simple.

Hebrews 10:25 (Living Bible) Let us not neglect our church meetings, as some people do, but encourage and warn each other, especially now that the day of his coming back again is drawing near.

DROP THE BAD HABITS.

Drop the smoking, even though we cannot prove it to be a sin. You are going to be sitting down beside other church going people; they do not want to be smelling the odor from smoking on you.

PROTECTING YOURSELF FROM BEING SPOILED BY MAN.

Col. 2:8 (KJV)Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Hebrews 13:9 (KJV) Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.

Seven Ways that People Can Spoil Christians:

1. Through philosophy (Col. 2:8)

2. Through vain deceit (Col. 2:4,8,18-19)

3. Through human traditions (Col. 2:8)

4. Through human religion and world principles contrary to the gospel (Col. 2:8,14-23; note, §Galatians 4:3)

5. Through circumcision (Col. 2:11-13; Acts 15:1; Romans 4:9-16; Galatians 5:1-11)

6. Through the law of Moses, demanding observance of the laws on meats, drinks, holy days, new moons, feasts, and sabbaths (Col. 2:14-17)

7. Through cults that puff up and imitate the gospel (Col. 2:18-23)

By all these means, unsuspecting souls are being carried off as plunder and booty by false teachers. The founders of false religions and human philosophies which pamper the flesh and give their victims elated feelings of importance make an appeal to them.

Christianity is loaded down with some false concept. Some little believe system, which are spread by false believers. One of such teaching is that you must “Look like Christians” How does Christians look? Genuine Christianity is not an external thing but of the heart and spirit.

When cults capture a newly converted Christians, the cult first job on that new believer is to close their mind. Preventing the new believer from reading any material from other churches. So that new believer will never get out of their trap.

YOUR HORMONE DOES NOT STOP WORKING WITH CHRISTIANITY.

Philip. 3:20-21 (KJV)For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: [21] Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Romans 8:23 (KJV) And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

Our bodies were not save at conversion. The work of redemption took place in your spirit man. Our body will be redeemed at the return of our lord. We are still waiting for the redemption of our body. According to Philip 3:20-21 and Romans 8:23. You are still going to have urges. You have to present your body to the lord as a living sacrifice. Not dead one. Living sacrifice give trouble, you will have trouble keeping that body tied to the altar. However, as you and I grow in the lord what seem impossible will be quite possible.
