W hile working in nursing home for nursing agency. I conducted my own survey over a period of ten years. Every time I came across an old couple that has been married for years, I questioned them for their secret for staying together. Couple that live ninthly years and over, I tried to find out what was their secret for staying healthy all these years. Things begin to fall into a pattern. I begin to get the same answer over and over again. What they told me agreed with modern scientific finding. Alleviating Stressed and proper dieting, will extend your life indefinitely.
KILLING YOU WITHOUT TOUCHING YOU
Pro 25:24 It is better to dwell in the corner of the housetop than with a quarreling woman and to share a house.
Pro 21:9 It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop than with a quarrelsome woman and to share a house.
SURVIVING UGLY & UNPLEASANT PEOPLE
To keep yourself young and healthy, you must stay away from distressing, emotionally ugly, and unpleasant people. Do not hang with them. Avoid talking to them. If they came into your conversation, and try to turn it into an argument, let them win, shut up and walk away. Because these can poison your spirit, distracted you from your mission, and bring upon you countless ruin untold.
Col 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which you also are called in one body, and be thankful.
(Php 4:7) And the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Sometime Only Jesus Can Help Us
Romans 5:6 (KJV) For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. Romans 5:7 (KJV) For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. Romans 5:8 (KJV) But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:9 (KJV) Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. Romans 5:10 (KJV) For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Romans 5:11 (KJV) And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
Matthew 6:33-AV But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Isaiah 55:6-AV Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:7-AV Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
