ON THE JOBS AND IN SCHOOLS"

G oing to school and going to work should be fun. However, other people with home related stresses bring those home unresolved problem to the job sites and sometime into the school system. I been to three different theological university over the course of my Christians walk. In one of such university, I lived on campus. The day before a test, we studies hard, then retire to bed so we can be fresh for the examinations. While I was deep in sleep, one of the students came into my room and administered one hell blow with a belt on by bare back, then ran out so I never know who was doing it. I had to take this beating in a bible collage for a long time without blowing my tops or complaining. Because, If I blew up. Every body will be talking on how I blew up, but no one will investigate what was done to me to bring my to such a resolve. If people behave like this in a theological university, how do we think they behave in a secular school?
For unknown reason people seem to enjoy having a feud going on just like what we saw on TV, with the soap operas. Some people find it hard to function without the excitement. Some people need the tension to survive. For example, some actually love to have the hurricane because in that moment of chaos their devious activities, such as shop lifting are overlooking.
In school, in church and in the work place, there is an abuse going on with anus proportion. They begin to seek for a sucker, a scapegoat, a black sheep plainly known as the “Geek”. This person is use as an amusement. I have seen cases where they made such person.
THE SEARCH FOR A FALL GUY.
Within a week at school or on the job sites, people begin to feel out each other. Then a culprit is selected. “We can take out our aggression this person.” The beat upon person and lookdown upon. If he she withdrew from them, He/she get the name “Loner” If he/she complain, they get another name “Chronic complainer or a cry baby”. If the pressure reach the point where he/she brake out and commit a crime they get another name, and your character is destroyed. If they sit there and take the unnecessary punishment, their emotional life is destroyed.
TOLERANCE AND FORGIVENESS DOES NOT WORK WHEN DEALING WITH CERTAIN KIND.
I had to remove one of my daughters from a trouble school three months before graduation. In all cases, I found out that the teachers were involved and were the one behind all the trouble. People not supposes to serve the public if he or she had any kind of prejudice. Just for example, one not suppose to take a plumber job if he or she is afraid of the smell of dung. One has problem understanding other English accent, you not suppose to be working as secretary or teacher, or any where, you have to deal with diverse people.
PEOPLE STRIVE ON EXCITEMENT.
The camera and the TV. Then the chance to write a book years later. One could get rich just by starting trouble. One serial killer made over one million dollars in prison from his comic books. If crime pay such a big incentive! Why should people behave?
In one of my school, somebody with a yellow hard hat was seen bothering the girls. Months later, the girl’s friends say it was made up. It was assumed that since I wear a yellow hard hat it was I. I never get the chance to live it down even when the truth came out, that I know nothing about it. Certain people act as they would wish it was I. “I was so destroyed by it I should get counsel” I could not pass a test after that. I always feel the piercing eyes of the “Rapist catchers” People need a scapegoat; a fall guy, a black sheep, or the one they call the “Geek”. To bear the heat away, so he/she can look good.
HOW TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION.
The whole thing depend on which side of the fence you or on. There are the troublemakers. Alternatively, bully. There are those who saw what happen, and do not like what is happening, but do nothing about it. In addition, you have those who saw what is happening and are being amused by it. Even if you are not the target, you are going to be affected by it. When the guts and dung start to fly, you could be apart of it. School violent and on the job violent is on the rise all over the world.
THE SCAPE GOAT IS PLANNING IS/HER OFFENSIVE.
Sometime the person that is suffering is not saying any thing because they made up their mind what they are going to do.
HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF.
You must make it your business to know what going on around you. You need to know the trouble makers. You need to know those who are having physiological problem. You need to know who is being scapegoat. You must be able to feel the tension and see the discontent going on. You must know when you are in a hornet nest. You must know when thing are going to blow wide open. You need to let your family know the whole truth of what is happening at school.
You need to let the picked on person know that you are not apart of it, but you can do
very little to help. If you are the victim start plan your leaving, are complain to the school authority and meet with the other party to work out a compromise.
IF YOU ARE THE VICTIM, CONFRONT YOUR ATTACKERS.
Do not be afraid to ask your tormenters, in a peaceful manner. What is it about me that bother you? Am I bothering you? What is it about me you do not like? One person told me he wants to see me drop out. That is not going to happen any time soon. I do not drop out. I continue one year without lunch and never drop out.
You need to let the school authority know in anonymous letter what is happening.
ABOVE ALL, do not congregate where you saw the trouble makers congregating. Take a transfer. You need to abandoned ship before it goes under. Because, somebody high up is not doing their job.
Sometime the reason why nothing bad happen does not happen yet, is because the lookdown upon person cannot get them all in one place. One man told me how he was harassed on the job, one day he happens to catch all the trouble makers together having lunch in the lunch room. He cornered them with his gun. Some start to beg for their life, some urinate and do-do upon themselves. Little before he start the shooting, he heard a voice talking to him saying, “Leave these no good people alone and go start up your own business” So he told them that they do not worth his bullets. He walked off and go start up his own business.
LEARN TO FORGIVE PEOPLE.
Forgiveness is the key to every thing. However, tolerance and forgiveness will not let the offender behave. We must learn to let thing roll off us. We must not let people see hate in us. We must learn to survive around problematic people. We must learn to lets get go.

Matthew 6:33-AV But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Isaiah 55:6-AV Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:7-AV Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
