L iving a victorious Christian life does not come cheap, and it is definitely not an accident. It is something that the newly converted believers has to plan for. It is like planting a seed. First, seed must be carefully selected, and then the earth must be properly prepared. The seed must be planted, watered, and daily care must be given, before a great harvest can be a reality.
Tommy Newberry In his book. “Success Is Not An Accident.” He says “Success is not an accident! This is, without a doubt, the single most important lessons you must learn and really understand if you want to develop your full potential and enjoy all the success you were designed to enjoy. Success in life comes from one thing: deciding exactly what you want to accomplish and then deliberately choosing to invest the minutes and hours of your life doing only those things that move you in the direction of your goal. It’s simple. It’s the truth. And the moment you fully accept it, your life and the lives of those you love will never again be the same. Success, however you choose to define it, is absolutely predictable.”
Getting The Victory Over Self.
Watchmanee stated that our body is the outermost man, our soul is the inner man and our spirit is the inner most man. The soul uses the body to sin. The apostle Paul said he finds a law in his body, that when he wanted to do good, evil is present with him. The Christian has four realms of battle-ground to conquer. The first is the battle with “self” The second is the battle with the “foolishness of man, the unregenerate man” The third is the “Battle with cults, or the kingdom of false religion” The forth is the battle with “the great demonic host.” If the Christians fail in examining, judging and proving himself or herself. He she will never conquer the other three realms of evil. Because the old life of envy, weakness and bitterness will always spring up again. These negative attitudes will set the person up for a fall.
For example, a pastor I know was praying for God to sent him a couple of deacons to help him. At the same time, two other bible school trained and ordained minister was there, and he would not even ask us to teach a Sunday school class. He went to New Jersey and get a man to preach for him when he was going on vacation. To our surprise, the man platted against him and was trying to turn the church against him. Envy will never make us use the talents of others, and see others for what they are. That is why we had to get the victory over our own self first. We must learn to rebuke our self, and correct our self.
Romans 7:21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. Romans 7:22 for I delight in the law of God after the inward man: Romans 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
The Old Life Will Spring Up Again.
Examination Is A Must.
Judging One Self Is A Must.
Finding Out The Will Of God.
If We Fails In Conquering Self.
(1) Iniquity
(2) Evildoing
(3) Unforgiving Spirit
(4) Double mindedness
(5) Lack Of Love
1 John 4:20 (KJV)If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
(6) Un-Confess Sins
(7) Isolating Our self From Others
Christians must have a feeding source, and support financially your feeding source. You must learn the scriptures, learn to know the genuine Holy Spirit. The Christian’s life is a journey.
SOMETIME ONLY JESUS CAN HELP US
Isaiah 55:6-AV Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:7-AV Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
