How To Deal With Nasty Supervisors

T he job market is not an easy place, and many Americans are angry at foreigners who take jobs. I can understand why. Some foreigners hold two jobs, and some Americans do not have one. Supervisors and managers, cut the pound of flesh of some workers. However, they forget one thing. They are also employees, and can get writing up and even fire just like anybody else. I have seen managers boasted that they cannot get fire and when the owner of the company came and walk them of the property they melt down. One of my supervisor roll thunder, I was sure he was one of the share holders, until the day he was fired and an under dog that he uses to kick around gets his position.
Do not take any abuses. It will kill you. Do not work in fear. Do not let a supervisor bring his or her home problem to the job to dump on you. Write them up also. Any time they write you up. Keep a copy of your letter. If you do it good, the company will have to pay you for time not working.
Do Not Give Them Much Reason To Ride You.
Do not set out to get them in trouble, start out covering for them, and watching their backs for them. They are also under pressure, and your mistakes can get them in trouble. In other word, you first must extend the hand of friendship. If he or she talks down to you, and treat you like a stray street dog. Listen in silent, do not get angry, if you do, you have fallen into the trap. ((Do not answer back)) Look at the time. As soon as you leave them. Write a letter to management. Even if you wrote it by hand, has it done over on the computer. Do not go complain and talking behind the person’s backs, which is gossip, and you run the risk of having it blowing up in your face. Write a proper letter, have it notarize, depending on the seriousness of the case. Give the accused party the chance to contest their case. Do not make any sucker punches at people who are above you on the job. You see what you are doing is preparing a court document. Name, address, phone and email if you have one. State the problem you been having including date of offence. Ask to meet with the person to have the problem resolve. Reconciliation is what you want, not revenge. If you verbalized your problem they are going to blow it up, and add to it. I learn this the hard way.
Doing Conflicts Communication Before You Take A Job.
People should do a course in conflict communication before they go into the job market. Watch your tone of voice along with your volume of voice. Watch your body language. Some managers and supervisors are very rude, but you do not have to react the same way they do. This is how I treat the situation. I told the person this. “I do no like the way you spoken to me, if the problem between us is not resolve, I will have to take it up with management” Most of the time this fix the problem.

Do not take every thing personally, let some thing slide away. Turn enemies into lovers.
The Surprise And The Melt Down.
Supervisors love to act like managers, however, when you and that nasty supervisor sit before management, you both are now employees. If you get no justice, take it one step higher up. If they fire you take it to court, along with the letters of harassment. Every time a supervisor wrote you up, you can also write them up.
I was employed at a certain company as diesel mechanic and body work person. When the tractors and trailers crashed, my job was to pick up the broken bumpers and rebuild them with fiberglass. In three months I make $4500 and ten cents. My immediate supervisor invites me to go to a hotel. “I do not go to a hotel with men, the both of us got the same thing” From that time on a bad blood develop. They fired me for poor production. I take them to court. The Judge asks the company’s attorney a question. “What was this man doing in your company that in three months he made four thousand, five hundred dollars and ten cents? How do you classify this to be poor production? The attorney could not answer. They had to give me my unemployment money.
The Bible Counsel On How To Be A Good Employee.
Titus 2:9 (KJV) Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;
1 Peter 2:18 (KJV) Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.
Col. 3:22 (KJV) Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eye service, as men pleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God:
You Can Pray The Nasty Supervisor Out Of The Company
You do not need to go through all that letter writing stuff I mention above. We have one supervisor who did not like the people from Haiti. He walks one Haitian girl off the job two o clock in the night and put her in the street. We get down in prayers, and in one week he was out of there.
Fighting Back With High Power.
Psalm 125:3 (KJV) For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.
To prevent God people from putting their hands in witchcraft. God has given them binding and losing power. This mean, you can command the angel of God to drive the person off the property, and see it happen. Anoint your hand with olive oil or holy water before you touch their door lock. As you touch their door locker, you must repeat. “In Jesus name I close this door” You have to pray them out of the company or else they will bring down the company and causes every body to lost a job. These hate Christians. You must not be the one to run. because when you run they will give bad references to keep you from getting another job. Learn to fasting and pray.
Binding And Losing Power
Psalm 149:6-9 (KJV) Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; [7] To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; [8] To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; [9] To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Matthew 18:18 (KJV) Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Matthew 18:19 (KJV) Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
The Condition To Use This Power.
Daniel 6:22 (KJV) My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.
The condition to use the power, you must be a Christian, and you must be innocent of whatsoever they are harassing you for.
