How To Deal With A Spirit Of Ingratitude.

By Dr. J. A McBean.Th., MCC
A ungratefulness person is a dangerous person. These might not cut you open like a fish, but what they did is just as bad. These look for good people, and use your goodness, then spit in your face. No matter how much good you have done to them, these cannot come out and show their appreciation, in fact they prefer to hide, and when they cannot hide any more they condescended to abuses, because these find abuses easier that praises. Years ago I always buy sewing machines at the flea market, had it fix, and sent over seas to give church people to start up business for themselves. When I saw the same people they would say. “O the machines is not working” days later I found out that the machines been doing great, and the people are making money. Then they would seek me out to get more stuff. As times went by, with this attitude the, people shut my ministry down. It is always foolish business to invest in people with a spirit of ingratitude, when you teach or help such; you are only setting up rivals to your own destructions.
Treat People The Way God Treat Them.
If you hang around thinking you goodness will change people. You will only burnt yourself out, and eventually become hard like them. People can be classified into six groups. Only one-way to deal with the people with spirit of ingratitude, and is to let them run with what they already get, but give them no more. These eat all the fruits from the tree, then have a bowels movement under the same tree, by so ding they prevented others from eating the fruit, which has so gracefully serve him. Do not give people too much nor teach then too much until you know what kind of snake you are dealing with, or else you could take the food that belonging to your dogs and feed wolves, thinking you are feeding your dogs. Pay attention to people. Watch their unkind remarks; watch how they look at others and what they say about others behind their backs, pay attention to their complaining. It is the same thing they will be saying about you once your backs are turn.
Six Classes of Men
1 Kings 1:52 (KJV) And Solomon said, If he will shew himself a worthy man, there shall not an hair of him fall to the earth: but if wickedness shall be found in him, he shall die.
There Are Certain Goodness That God extended to all men.
St Luke is teaching us that if we do good hoping to get back, we could be disappointed. God let the rainfall upon the good as well as the bad. However, since you are not god, it is important to tread carefully when dealing with the spirit of ingratitude.
