n today rat race, and dog eat dog world, the job markets are full of cutthroat. Jobs are hard to find and old timers are not leaving their jobs so the younger brains can get it, also people are living longer and some people are returning to work as a volunteer. One employee told me that they try to get the new employees to leave the job so the over time can go back up.

JOB SKILLS ARE NOT ENOUGH.
One man who own a garage, and have two mechanics working for him. Just for example, each was receiving $500 per week. One of the mechanic told the boss to give him $100 more make it to $600 and fire the other mechanic and save back $400 in his pocket. The manager gives him the $100 more and fires the other mechanic. Keeping a job today take more that skills. You have to have other qualities along with your skills. Before an employer fire a worker he she always look at the worker’s personal file. If the worker has a good work history he she might only get off with a warning or a short suspension. If you have too much defect, call off, complaints and petty theft, they let you go.
PUNCTUALITY.
Proverbs 22:29 Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.
You cannot call off as you feel like, go when you want and do, as you like. Even if you own the business you still cannot do as you please and expect to have it.
HONESTY.
Honesty is the best policy there is. If you try to get rich off one person, are stealing from the company, you will not be there for long. Other employees who are job scared will take advantage of your weakness and turn you in.
BE WILLING TO WORK.
2 Thes. 3:10 (KJV) For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
Ephes. 6:6 (KJV) Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

TRY TO PROMOTE PEACE IN THE WORK PLACE.
Titus 2:9 (KJV) Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again;
Be an asset to the supervisor and company. Do not pump them up with hate by carrying news to them; causing them to became hateful of others.
