Even before we begin, please do not run away with the topic, are read too much into it. What I mean is how to use discretions, or how to be diplomatic in your dealing with people.
How often do we see hypocrites get punish are even brought low? Hypocrites are not really as evil as it sound, just like how wolves are not really evil as history make them out to be. They are just survivors, who survives by capitalizing on human nature. Shepherds ( Good ministers of religions) can sharpen up their Shepard skills if they take the time to learn some of the techniques uses by wolves ( false ministers hypocrites).
A genuine minister of Christ only have ten people in his church. He had an habit of burning visitors with his everlasting truth and causes them to leave. However, with a little sense, he could distributes that same truth out to the same people in a longer period of time, and get them accustom to it. But in his righteous zeal’s he blow them to kingdom come and causes them to run sooner than they intended to.
On controversial topics that people do not want to talk about he speak all his mind, thinking that he can change the world. He answer all questions truthfully with all his heart, failing to see that sometime people ask questions but do not want the answer, much more the truth.
THE FAKE MINISTRES AVOID CERTAIN QUESTIONS ARE GIVE THE PEOPLE THE ANSWER THEY ARE LOOKING FOR.
The hypocrites preachers is aware he is not going to change human nature, he is aware that people do not want the truth.
Isaiah 30:10 (KJV) Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:
Why die when you can live! Why go to prison when you can be free! Why remain without friends when you can have friends! Why remain hungry when you could be eating! Why only have ten members in your church when you could have ten thousand, to help you pay the bills and even take the gospel to people who really need it? Why remain hated when you could be love.
1 Cor. 3:2 (KJV) I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.
GOD DID NOT PRISCRIBE BAD THING TO PEOPLE WHO LOVE HIM AND IS WORKING FOR HIM.
Acts 20:22-24 (KJV) And now, behold, I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem, not knowing the things that shall befall me there: [23] Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me. GOD DID NOT PUT PAUL IN PRISON:
Paul was warned time and time again by the Prophets that he should not go up to Jerusalem but Paul’s own stubbornness prevails and he went.
Acts 21:10-14 (KJV) And as we tarried there many days, there came down from Judaea a certain prophet, named Agabus. [11] And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles. GOD DID NOT COMMAND STEPHEN TO BE KILL:
The lord honor Stephen death, but Stephen did not need to preach these people a long gospel message, which they heard time and time again, and reject. They stop their ears meaning they do not want to hear it, then ran upon him.
Acts 6:9 (KJV) Then there arose certain of the synagogue, which is called the synagogue of the Libertines, and Cyrenians, and Alexandrians, and of them of Cilicia and of Asia, disputing with Stephen.
Acts 7:59 (KJV) And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
Acts 8:2 (KJV) And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him.
THE ANGEL DID NOT ARGUE WITH SATAN.
Jude 1:9 (KJV) Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.
We Christians contend with Muslims, we contend with homosexuals, we contend with every body who do not see things eyes to eyes with us.
John 6:70 (KJV) Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
Eccles. 7:16 (KJV) Be not righteous over much; neither make thyself over wise: why shouldest thou destroy thyself?
WHAT WE CAN LEARN FROM HYPROCRITES.
Try to see if the person who came to you for consultation wants the truth. Look for people in your congregation who can handle the truth and want to go deeper in God, and share the truth with them. Do not get your head bash in, when you can live to preach to tens of thousand the next day.

Eccles. 7:16
Solomon's threefold advice:
1. Be not righteous over much; that is, do not be overly self-righteous, lest you depend on your goodness to save you and you become robbed of absolute dependence upon the grace of God (Eccles. 7:16). There could never be too much of the righteousness which is by grace through faith (Titus 2:11-13; Hebrews 12:14-15).
2. Be not wise over much; that is, do not be conceited or wise in your own eyes, lest God bring you to an untimely death (Eccles. 7:16).
3. Be not over wicked; that is, do not be foolish and excessively sinful, lest God destroy you before your time (Eccles. 7:17). This does not advocate being just a little wicked, but warns that one must not add more sin to his ungodly life which is already condemned, for doing so could bring premature judgment.
