Why Some Do Not Get Fill With The Holy Spirit

G od promises to put his Holy Spirit upon all the people who believe in him and accepted his son as lord. So why is it not happening? Some Charismatic Churches has made a mess of the whole spirit fill thing that men are scared when their wives go to the altar to receive the Holy Spirit. The woman is going to fell to the ground exposing her under garments. Therefore, the husband in his heart is in objections to the whole process.

We view the Scriptures through minds that have been prejudiced according to our racial and religious backgrounds as well as to our cultural environments.”
(1) Alter Workers Is At Fault.
People coming to the altar to receive the blessing and outpouring of the Spirit Of God into their spirits, failed to see it happen on account of the altar workers’ mis perceptions. The altar workers are at fault in the sense that they have a negative perception and an egoistic agenda. They want to see people fall over, hitting the ground. People crying out and running all over the place creating great excitement. Then they take two hours to pray for the people like it is they doing the filling. Then they wanted the people to speak in unknowing tongues. This cause some people to fake the unknown tongues, and fake the baptism, and spent their life living a lie. As long as the fake is there, the genuine will never comes on.
The Holy Spirit Give Gifts As He Will.
1Co 12:11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. The Holy Spirit gives the gifts to his people as he will. Not according to human magnetism.
Do Have To Speak In Other Tongues.
1Co 12:29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? 1Co 12:30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
The only way the holy spirit let a believer speaks in other language, is if somebody is thee who speak that language, and are able to confirm it.
Rom 8:15 For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption by which we cry, Abba, Father! Rom 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God.
(2) The Pastor Is At Fault.
The whole doctrines need to be explained to the people until they understand what they are asking for and what they are committing to. This is not a joke, after the Holy Spirit came upon Christ Look what follows.

The Baptism Of The Holy Spirit Signal Warfare.
After the Holy Spirit Came upon Jesus. Jesus enters into a new realm of spiritual warfare with Satan. Jesus was led into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. The baptism with the Holy Spirit is not going to give you a bed or roses. It is anew Kind of warfare you will be call into.
Matthew 3:16-4:4 (KJV) And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: [17] And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. [4] But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Husbands might not like you after you got filled, your supervisors might not like you after you got filled. They are not going to invites you to the employee party. Because, you are not going to take part in the group sex. Do not be surprise if some people told you that they do not like your spirit. I asked one brother of mine. What have I done to you since we were born? He replied. “Nothing” I ask one girl. What has that girl done to you? She replied. “Nothing, I just do not like her” Why? “I do not know, I just do not like her” Our Lord says
John 15:18-19 (KJV) If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. [19] If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
Look At These Old Testament Saints.
Judges 3:10 (KJV) And the Spirit of the Lord came upon him,(( and he judged Israel, and went out to war:)) and the Lord delivered Chushan-rishathaim king of Mesopotamia into his hand; and his hand prevailed against Chushan-rishathaim.
Judges 6:34 (KJV) But the Spirit of the Lord came upon Gideon, and he (((blew a trumpet;))) and Abi-ezer was gathered after him.
Judges 11:29 (KJV) Then the Spirit of the Lord came upon Jephthah, and he (((passed over))) Gilead, and Manasseh, and passed over Mizpeh of Gilead, and from Mizpeh of Gilead he passed over unto the children of Ammon.
Judges 14:6 (KJV) And the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon him, and he (((rent him as he would have rent a kid,))) and he had nothing in his hand: but he told not his father or his mother what he had done.
Judges 14:19 (KJV) And the Spirit of the Lord came upon him, and he (((went down to Ashkelon, and slew thirty men of them, and took their spoil,))) and gave change of garments unto them which expounded the riddle. And his anger was kindled, and he went up to his father's house.
Judges 15:14 (KJV) And when he came unto Lehi, the Philistines shouted against him: and the Spirit of the Lord came mightily upon him, and the (((cords that were upon his arms became as flax that was burnt with fire, and his bands loosed from off his hands.)))
1 Samuel 16:13 (KJV) Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.
It is clear in Scripture that the Holy Spirit has come upon, in, unto, and moved and anointed men at specific times, giving them experiences which they did not have previously. From that day forward—from the day of his anointing as king—the Holy Spirit was upon David to fill him with power to do the work he was called to do. See O. T. Spiritual Experiences.
The Purpose Of The Baptism.
Acts 1:8 (KJV) But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Joel 2:28 (KJV)And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
Acts 2:17 (KJV) And it will come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
What Does The In Filling Mean?
“Filled With The Holy Spirit” Mean, union with, being consecrated to the same end—one in mind, purpose, and life, and does not mean that the Holy Spirit himself has is feet into your feet, his head into your head, his hands into your hand, and he physically live into your body like a baby in his mother’s womb. That is how it sound in scriptures and preacher make it looks like that, but that is not how it is.
You and I cannot understand what is mean to be fills with the Holy Spirit until we understand the Idioms mentions in the scriptures. The person being fill is not going to feel someone or something come into him or her. You are not going to feel any bolt of lightning hit you. When you were converted this, did not happen, it will not happen when you got filled either. “Filled with the Holy Spirit” is a biblical idiom or a terminology.
LET US LOOK AT SOME ENGLISH IDIOMS
A specialized vocabulary used by a group of people. A style or manner of expression peculiar to a given people: A system of terms used by people sharing a culture. American idioms dictionary, by Richard A Spear. PhD “Pulling your legs” When someone say that they are pulling your legs, they did not actually touch your leg, it mean that they are tricking you” “I hear it from the horse mouth" This mean that he or she has heard it from a good source. It does not mean that a horse has said something. "Greasing the man palm" If your supervisor is giving you trouble you will need to grease his palm. This does not mean that you must full his hands with grease. It means that you must bribe him.
Matthew 5:39 (KJV) But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. Luke 6:29 (KJV) And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also.
“Turning the other cheek” is a New Testament Idioms. Which mean you must take the wrong if that will put an end to the aggression, and does not literally mean you should physically turn your face around to have it smashed for a second times. This would violate the “Self preservations instincts” that God made us within the first place. “Turning the other cheek,” Mean to take the wrong.
1 Cor. 6:7 Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?
What Fill Mean.
In the scriptures we read where Satan enters into Judas, however, Satan, as an angel, could not possibly enter physically into Judas, for he has his own personal spirit body as big as a man. The so-called doctrine of interpenetrating, that is, persons entering physically into each other, is false.
Terminology Of The New Testament.
What Christians call. “In filling” That is the baptism, or spirit baptism for service. The in filing took place the time you were converted. . Also, it is not the Holy Spirit come into you, but you go into him. Acts 17:28 (KJV) For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. You need to remember that the phase “In You” Is a biblical Terminology Of The New Testament. You are not going to feel any thing come into you. Or any thing drop upon your head.
The Bible does speak of the Corinthians and Philippians being in Paul's heart (2 Cor. 7:3; Phil. 1:7); God being in Christ (2 Cor. 5:19); Christ being in God (John 14:20); God and Christ being in each other (John 14:10-11); men being in both the Father and the Son (1 John 2:24); men being in Christ (2 Cor. 5:17); men and the Spirit being in each other (Romans 8:9); Christ being in men (Col. 1:27; Romans 8:10); man and Christ being in each other (John 14:20); all creation being in God (Acts 17:28); and Satan entering into men (Luke 22:3; John 13:27).
However, these passages refer to being in union with, being consecrated to the same end—one in mind, purpose, and life. They do not teach physical entrance of one being into another. It may be best understood by a man and woman becoming one in life together, being in each other's plans, life, etc. Hence, Satan entering into Judas simply means Judas submitted to Satan's temptation to betray Jesus. He became one with Satan, like men become one in spirit with God when joined to Him in consecration (1 Cor. 6:17).
What Fill With The Holy Spirit Will Not Do.
Fill with the Holy Spirit will not make you sinless. If you are fat, it will not make you loose weight. It will not make you loose your taste for women if you are a man, and will not make a woman loose her urges for men. Do not give yourself any false hope.
1 John 1:8 (KJV) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1 John 1:9 (KJV) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:10 (KJV) If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
Ephes. 2:8 (KJV) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephes. 2:9 (KJV) Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Zech. 4:6-7 (KJV) Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts. [7] Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.
Satan has his own Kind of Holy Spirit. His own kind of Gospel, and his own kind of Apostles.
2 Cor. 11:4 (KJV) For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.
Galatians 1:6 (KJV) I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
2 Cor. 11:13-14 (KJV) For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. [14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
