T he church is not an easy place as it seem. In A certain town, there was a man that hated the preacher in that town. He harassed the preacher to the point, where the preacher went to God and gave God an ultimatum. The preacher say" Lord either you kill this man or save him. But I cannot take anymore abuses from him, enough is enough" God in his infinites mercy save the man, in the same preacher's church, the preacher that he was abusing now became his pastor. The same pastor baptized him, and teaches him. The sinner man now became one of the greatest preachers in that town.
Greater than the preacher he was harassing. Now his pastor is jealous of the power and sincerity of his preaching, and the results the man is having. His pastor now turns the table on him, and begins to harass him the same way he was harassing him. It reaches a proportion that the man walks away from the faith, and became a sinner again just as before and even worst. Before he became a Christians, he was bothering the preacher because he was afraid of the scriptures. Now the preacher is bothering him because he turns out to be a better preacher.
CHRISTIANS HAVE THEIR OWN KIND OF JEALOUSY AMONG THEM.
Numbers 11:27-29 (KJV) And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp. [28] And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them. [29] And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the Lord's people were prophets, and that the Lord would put his spirit upon them!
CARRACTOR ASSINATORS.
Sometime the church gone bad, and people planted a rumors about others, and no body is going to confront you so you can clear your name. They will have that dead fish dragging for years behind your backs and you are the lost one to know about it, You only feel it, by the way they act.
Any time you start to prophesy, or begin to learn to share the word, and if you are doing it good. The other Christians started to act like you is a dunce, and you are living any good life, and you say you are preaching. Then they begin to try to disqualify you by planting gossips about you.
Doing and saying every thing to hurt your feelings. Blaming you for wanting to preach. Then they find a way to assonate your corrector, then acting like God is not blessing you, then they launches an attack upon your marriage and broke it up.
In one church they pay the deacon wife to leave him, they gave her the money to move to England. Three months later in Church one Sunday morning he hear the pastor read a letter that he got from sis G saying she reaches England safe and is working. That is the first time the deacon in three months that the deacon is going to know where is wife is. At the same time his pastor and all the rest know, and for three months never told him. That is when he found out that both his pastor and brethrens set the whole thing up. When the Church falls into covetousness it is the worst thing you will ever saw. It does not take any thing big; just one person is more anointed and can preach more than the other that is all it take.
Isaiah 64:6 (KJV) But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
Exodus 18:21-22 (KJV) Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens: [22] And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee.
Many time we Christians speak about the wolves that is among the sheep. However, we failed to see that some of the time it is the sheep that wonder into the den of wolves.
For a solder to survive on the battlefield, he must know what kind of enemies he is dealing with. One group of solder fight from the air, another group fight from sea, another group fights from the ground. Still there is one group that lives among the enemies; we call this one the intelligent. Finally, we have one we call the sniper group. You have to anticipate all the shots that the enemies are going to throw against you and make plans to counter them long before it happen.
IF YOU DO NOT REALIZE THAT THE CHURCH IS A WAR ZONE, YOU WILL NEVER SURVIVE THERE.
Genesis 28:11-19 (KJV) And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep. [12] And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. [13] And, behold, the Lord stood above it, and said, I am the Lord God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; [14] And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. GO TO CHURCH TO SEE JESUS ONLY.
To avoid getting hurt in church, go to church to seek Jesus only. Do not go to expect things from men. All them can do for you is broke up your mouth and your life.
1 Cor. 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
CHRISTIANS HAVE AWAY TO FIGHT THEMSELVES:
James 4:1-3 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? [2] Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. [3] Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.
SOME COMMIT THEIR OWN KIND OF SPIRITUAL MURDER.
1 John 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
Jeremiah 5:26 For among my people are found wicked men: they lay wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap, they catch men.
Matthew 24:48-51 (KJV) But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; [49] And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; [50] The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, [51] And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Ephes. 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
SINS OF THE WICKED SUPPOSE SERVANTS OF GOD.
1. Stupidity and silliness (Jeremiah 5:21)
2. Without understanding-ignorance
3. Blindness-willful turning from truth
4. Deafness-willful refusal to hear truth
5. No fear of God (Jeremiah 5:22)
6. Revolting and rebellious heart (Jeremiah 5:23)
7. Rebellion and backsliding
8. No desire to fear God (Jeremiah 5:24)
9. Many iniquities and sins (Jeremiah 5:25)
10. Tolerate wicked men among them
11. Lay wait to cause men to sin
12. Set traps to catch men in sin
13. Fullness of deceit (Jeremiah 5:27)
14. Commit sin for personal gain
15. Grow fat and glory in sin (Jeremiah 5:28)
16. Pass over the deeds of the wicked
17. Do not judge the cause of orphans
18. Do not judge the cause of the poor
19. Prophets prophesy falsely (Jeremiah 5:31)
20. Priests bear rule by the false prophecies of the false prophets
SATAN ATTACKING THE SAINTS FROM WITHIN THE CHURCH.
Rev. 12:10 (KJV) And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
THE ANOINTING CAN BE SEEN UPON THE A CHILD OF GOD.
1 Samuel 3:19-20 (KJV) And Samuel grew, and the Lord was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground. [20] And all Israel from Dan even to Beer-sheba knew that Samuel was established to be a prophet of the Lord.
(1) A SPIRIT OF REJECTIONS IS USE AGAINST THE ZEALOUS.
First attack Satan made is with accusations, by the means of gossip. These are level against the zealous Christians. Any time these are put in place, the attack begins.
THEY HAVE AWAY OF MAKING YOU FEEL REJECTED.
If you are going to become a part of the church, it is important that you know the whole layout. And know what cause Christians to lose their faith, are just walk away from the faith. Many preachers only want the converts to become good bench members, and good tithes payers. But any time you begin to grow in grace, start quoting scriptures, and look like you out to become a preacher yourself. Then trouble started. The first thing that they will do to you, is plant gossips, and hear says about you. Then they make you feel rejected. If you spouse is a person that can buy out, they will buy them out right from under you, and split up your marriage.
I was in a Church that was having a fund raising programs. Four young woman sing. It so happen that the people in the church did not like one of the girl, so they have men taking picture of the three while ignoring one on purpose. I saw the embarrassment on the young woman face and went to take picture of the one that was rejected. When the service was over, she came to me to make request to get a copy of the picture. I say to her “My camera was empty, it was only flash I had”
She think for a while and say” You saw what they were doing to me and came to help” I say “yes” She went on to say” Bro James When I saw you turn up you would not know how I feel. If you were not their I feel Like I was going to drop down, or collapse, these people you see, really know how to embarrass and hurt other people”
In one Church that I was visiting member. Two chairs to my left are empty, two chairs to my right are empty, and no body came any closer. This it to tell you that they are talking about you. Sometime they hear nothing but Church people have a way to look at your appearances, looking at you Bible, if it expensive they arrive at the conclusion that you come to preach and to take over their church.
They welcome the two people to your left, then welcome the two people to your right. This is to tell you that you are not welcome. You feel like a sheep among wolves, because you are.
One church invites me to speak, at their youth meeting. It so happen that the survive was snowed out, so they call me and set it up for the other week. The day before the service, they called me again and reminded me. The night when I turn up, they had canceled me without telling me. But I did not know that they was going to do that, because the pastor’s wife and my self attend the same Bible school some twenty years back, and they did not like me in Bible school. Also, the lord never gave me a message no matter how hard I pray. Right up to the last moment no message came. Finally the holy spirit told me “They are not going to make you preach, go but take a low seat, they invites you to embarrass you”
Rev. 12:10 a [Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ]
Fourfold Announcement 1. To all concerned-now is come: (1) Salvation
(2) Strength
(3) The kingdom of God
(4) The power of Christ
That is, God and Christ have demonstrated their power over Satan and all rebels, as they predicted they would in the plan of God. The great mystery of why God has allowed the devil to continue operating against Him so long without definite action to stop Him is finally answered. Delay in fulfilling this mystery is no longer (notes, § Rev. 10:6-7).
2. To saints: the accuser is cast down and all courts of heaven are closed to Satan. The prosecutor of saints is cast out of heaven once and forever and saints will no longer be accused by him (Rev. 12:10).
3. To the inhabitants of heaven: rejoice, for Satan has access to heaven no longer (Rev. 12:12).
4. To the inhabitants of earth: woe, for the devil is come down among you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but 1,260 days or 3 1/2 more years to be loose before being confined to the abyss (Rev. 20:1-3).
This is the 3rd of the 3 woes announced by the angel of Rev. 8:13 (cp. Rev. 9:12; Rev. 11:14). This 3rd woe is so much more terrible than the torment of people for 5 months (Rev. 9:1-12), and the slaying of one third of man (Rev. 9:13-21), that a special announcement is made of it here
(Rev. 12:12). 1 Thes. 4:8 (KJV) He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who hath also given unto us his holy Spirit.
1 Thes. 4:8 a [He therefore that despiseth not man, but God] The principle stated here is expressed in various ways in Scripture. God considers certain sins as direct sins against Him: murder (Genesis 9:6), despising the least child or believer (Matthew 18:10; Luke 10:16; 1 Thes. 4:8), any mistreatment of a human being (Matthew 25:31-46), or rejection of Jesus and the gospel (John 12:48). If this could be emphasized more there would be less malice, envy, jealousy, and strife among Christians and even among sinners.
b [given unto us his holy Spirit] Every believer has the Holy Spirit in a measure when born again (Romans 8:14-16; Galatians 4:6). In fact, "if any man have not the Spirit" he does not belong to Christ (Romans 8:9). This Spirit of sonship or even some gift of the Spirit may be received without having the Spirit baptism or the fullness of the Spirit (notes on § John 3:34; Acts 1:4-8; Acts 2:4).
2 Cor. 6:17 (KJV) Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
SATAN’S CHILDREN IN THE CHURCH WILL REJECT YOU WHEN THEY SEE THE ANOINTING.
3 John 1:9-11 (KJV) I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not. [10] Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church. [11] Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.
SOMETIME ONLY JESUS CAN HELP US
Matthew 6:33-AV But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Isaiah 55:6-AV Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:7-AV Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
