ifficult people can ruin your days, sap your energy, and poison your spirit. In time, you became a replica of them. You cannot win difficult people over. You cannot change them, stop “wasting powder on black birds” No matter how much powder you put upon black birds, as soon as they took to the air they will be black again.
Proverbs 3:31 (KJV) Envy thou not the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.
To survive among lions, baboons, snakes and scorpions, you had better give yourself an edge. You had better have vision that they do not have. Patient, that they do not have, and above all, endurance, humility and abilities, that they do not have "People skill" is the art of managing people, getting along with some and avoiding some. Knowing what people are up to. Knowing disgruntled. Knowing the envious. Reading people eyes, faces and words, mean a lot to the survival of the prudent. Do not let people know when you are desperate. And try to put yourself above their impeachment. If you want an hour extra at work, pretend to wanting to leave an hour earlier to do an important business. In trying to let you late for your appointment, they will deliberately stay out two hours. Just like the motorist who thinks you wanting to pass, and begin to drive very slowly.
Do Not Change People, Managed Them
Do not change people, rule them. People will not progress until they made change, at the same time. People resist change, and sometime punish others for the change that was force upon them. Why should they progress at your expense?
If a man is envious, find a way to use the envy to your benefit. If a man is prejudice, find away to use the prejudice to your advantage. Use prejudice people as a mudguard. The shock that awaits bigots, when they woke up and see that the person that they scorned is now, their surgeon, their doctor, their nurses and sometime their judge.
Use vulgar people, glory in their defect if need be. For example, people who think that they are better than others, and want to be left alone, leave them alone. Let them prove that they are better. When people isolate themselves, do not go looking for them, let see how long they can deal with the loneliness. If people do not want you in their company, stay out of it. People, who do not give favors, never appreciate favors. They will tell you. “I do not want charity” “I do not want hands out” Because they do not give it. Do not waste your favors on them.
Do not express desires for people that you cannot have, and people who do not want anybody.
When people are hiding from you, you must also be hiding from them. When people do not want to see, you, at your earliest convenient, move away, move out and stay out. Watch this! The more people putting you down are the more education you must get. This is like nails in their coffee, or a snake that is crawling up their pants.
People with chips on their shoulder, you must not be the one to knock the chips off. People with tin skin, let see how long they keep it. Those who are job scared do not be among them when the downsizing begins. Religious fanatics who keep fighting each other, over dogmas and cannot find it in themselves to co-exist, it is best not to unite them, they could use that unity again you.
People, who want to prove that the bible is incorrect, use them to draw attention to the bible. When they find what seems to be a contradiction, they wrote a book about it and start crowing about it so much. By doing so they cause hell itself to start buying the bible to see the contradictions.
The Weak, But Evil
Years ago! A certain man's son had a gripe with a business man in my community. The father turns up at my business place. He mistakenly thinks I was the one his son had the problem with. We went through my books together and his son's name was not mention in my books. All the man has to do was too apologized for making me loose time, and scared my family. No! He begins to provoke a confrontation by telling me what he was going to do to me, if I was the one. Finally! I say no! You would have died here today. Because all the time I had a weapon aim for your vital organs.
"I was hoping you jumped on me" I saw the spirit he came in with! The cocky and vengeful attitude he displayed. His overconfidence and his rudeness. The way he walked toward my place make me secured a weapon. You have to develop a six sense, to deal with this kind.
A woman can feel the eyes of lustful man looking at her backside, even without turning around. To deal with people you have to learn and master these ancient arts. "The weak but evil" This group are looking for somebody to take their aggression out on; you have to stand up to them. Once they came upon resistance and know that you are not scared of them, they back down.
The Secret Art
Why do you think that one percent of the population, earn ninety six percent of the wealth? The same one percent of the population also rules the people. Do you think it is an accident? No! It is not an accident. It is a law, principles that they have learned and learned to live by. People are not telling how they are getting by. The people that hit the lotto, not telling that they been buying the same number for sometime twenty years. Very few people hit it with their first ticket. "Understanding and managing people" is also called, "People skill"
Why is it that some people are successful and some are not! People were not born to be unsuccessful or successful. Success is base purely on knowledge.
Understanding And Using People Skills
"No man is an island, no man can stand alone" One man can come up with the Idea of how to build a great ship, but he alone cannot build it or commandeer it. You and I have to understand people to get them to move in our direction and any direction we choose.

For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:9 (KJV)
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.

righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

upon him while he is near:

and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will
abundantly pardon.
