T he job market is drying up, and long time employees are getting very scaredy-cat, and new employees is seeing as threats. The work place is about to exploded in violence. If you do not have coping skills, and skills to avoid conflicts, you would not stand a chance in the work place of today. The back-stabbing, the pit-digging, and throat-cutting is worst than what we saw on TV. Very little production is being put out, due to these childish, work place squabbles.

One thing you need to remember always, is this. You did not take that job for friendship. You were hired to do a service in exchange for money, and other benefits. If you get friendship, and love on the job, it is a plus. You took that job to further your career. Remember that always.

DO NOT LEAVE THE SHIP UNTIL YOU SAW ANOTHER SHIP IN SIGHT

No body will make me jump of the ship until I saw another ship in sight. If worst come to worst, we fight it out in the street, or in the parking lot. I am not going to go home and take it out on my family. There are ways to get people. However, before we go nasty, let take the proper steps. Never complain about your co-worker in their absent. Do it in writing, so the person can contest it. Sometime it is a misunderstanding, where if the other person get the chance to say their side, the whole problem can clear up and you be friends or even lovers again. Do not run from a job, until you get a better job. Do not argue, do not threaten, do not ridicule, and do not try to be the boss. Do not go on the job site with a soft back. Do not take every little comment personally.

Difficult co-workers are not only problem to other employees, but are the ones that cause the company to go bankrupt. These troublesome employees drive away potential, and profitable employees, and all that left to the company are the unprofitable. Supervisor, managers, and owners must be aware of suck ups. Suck ups have something in mind. Supervisors, managers and owners must keep an eye on snitches. Sometime snitches are only setting you up for a fall. The only snitches that you must listen to is the ones that you are sleeping with. If you are not hitting it, do not listen to it. Or at least prove it before you acting on it.

IS THIS JOB WORTH YOUR EFFORTS ?

Do not take a beating on a job that does not worth the efforts. Do you have insurance, medical and dental? Can you grow in that company? What about retirement benefits? In addition, other benefits, such as training, and further education for the set job? How do they execute their disciplinary actions? Does it goes by hear says? Will management call you up, reveal what they have heard about you, and listen to your side of the story? On one job my boss just called me up and sent me home base on hear says. Three months later the truth leaks; out and he calls me back; on ask if I want the job back. By now, I was already working with another company. The job gives you ninety days to figure you out. You must give them forty five days.

WHAT CAN THE JOB APPLICATIONS TELL YOU ABOUT THE COMPANY?

Learn to read the employees, learn to read management, and above all learn to read the job applications. I went to filled out a job applications, the job applications is some fifteen pages long. They also want my credit history, not even a federal job want to know my credit history, I am not coming in to ask for a loan, why my credit history? They want my car insurance, I am not going to be transporting people, why my car insurance? This is an indication of the kind of people you will be dealing with.

THE FIRST ROAD BLOCKS

You get that interview, you get the job, and you turn up for work the first day. Now let see if you can pass the employee stink test. One new female employee turns up at work the first day. As she walks by, one of the male worker, look on her and say. If he does not get some of that, she cannot work there. He already decided her faith, even before getting to know her.

New employees coming into a company is a sign that the old ones is about to get weeded out. The old dead trees is about to be cut down. Many of them do not even know that the companies are webbed with cameras. The old entrapment law prevents management from firing employees’ base on hidden cameras, but at lease, they know who are making trouble.

Therefore, long time employees to a company are very scared of new employees. New employees cause the overtime money to diminish. In addition, new employees are more trained and more degree. They are more fresh and ready to work, because they are full of big dreams. Some have student load to repay, payments, which will, soon kicked in. On one job, I worked as a diesel mechanic; my supervisor was fixing a truck that always goes dead on the road. I take out a little gadget out of my tool box. I buy it from J.C.Withny for $10. This tool shows me that the alternator is dead. My supervisor laughs me to scorned, hissed his teeth, shuck his shoulder, and walk off. One month later after many more down times, and towing fees. The company has to change the alternator.

GET YOU OUT BEFORE YOU GET THE TIME TO SHOW YOUR SKILLS

The long time employees came up with a plan to get the new employees in trouble before they get the time to show their skills. The first phase of the war is a direct attack upon the new employees. “Bullying” “Sarcasms, name calling, and cold shouldering.” This is to tell the new employees that he she is not a part of the group. “You should not be here” The first thing to bear in mind is this. “Cold shouldering is to your benefit, it keep you out of the hears says that is going on among them, and it keep you from picking up bad habits from them.

Habits, which will down you in weeks to come. Cold shoulder keep you by yourself, which give you time to meditate on learning the job quickly and efficiently. As for the “sarcasm and name calling” Take the trouble makers by himself or herself and tell them to stop it. Be careful not to use tone of voice, body language, or threats. Remember that the bullying is to get you to act up, blew up or throw a tantrum. They are counting on you show the bad side of your backside, this will minimize your time at the company. Do not make the conversation, be more than one minutes. You only want the person to know, that you are on to them.

I usually allowed them to slap me three times, and then I mention the first time they did it. The second time and the third. Now he or she knows that I am keeping tract of it. If the problem do not stop go the bass and make your complain. You must never fight the battle alone. Repeat, you must never fight the battle alone.

TAKING THE BULL BY THE TAIL

“Early intervention can nip bullying in the bud before it escalates into an established pattern, one resulting in high company costs. The problem is that most bully victims keep their mouths shut, whispering their horrid experiences to close friends rather than higher-ups.

THE BATTLE GOING UNDER GROUND

Now the battle is going to take a turn for the worst, it is going to go under ground. This also is good for the new employees. New employees need a certain amount of ingenuity on the job, they need to be on their toes, and this is what going to keep them sharp. When you have enemies at your backs, you have to learn to develop a six sense. You must be able to feel when a sniper is zooming in on you. A woman can tell when the man behind her is looking at her backside, just by feeling his eyes. You the new worker must develop this sense. You must know when they are watching you and are talking about you.

“Workplace bullying can include “screaming, cursing, spreading vicious rumors, destroying the target’s property or work product, excessive criticism, and sometimes hitting, slapping, and shoving.” Subtle behaviors, such as silent treatment, disregard of requests and exclusion from meetings, count as bullying.”

Bully-proof office

“How can you take the bite out of a bully-fied office? “An important first step of changing workplace bullying, is helping people to understand that it's more than just kid stuff,” Tracy told live science. http://www.livescience.com/strangenews/061031_office_bully.html

STIGMATIZED YOUR NAME

The most dangerous part of a work place problem is when the others cannot get you out or get you down. Therefore, they put a stigma on your name. :Stigmatized: A symbols of disgrace and discredit. You have to have good qualities to pull out from under this. If you think stigmatizing do not work, you better wake up.

WATCH OUT FOR A SET UP

When some co-workers come, to put me in my place for a misdeed, I sent them to complain to the supervisor, or manager. “ Let the authority on the job come talk to me.” The reason for this. If I opened my mouth and said any thing, they went back and cried to the boss, saying how I was rude.

These last days, I sit there and listen, without answering a word, then go straight to higher up. It looks mean, but they cannot say I threatened them with a gun like what one lady said. Let, face it, there is a secret war going on in the work place. Get your degrees, keep going forwards with your education, people of ambitions will always find a way to survive.

DO NOT SEX NOR SLEEP ON THE JOB

I take my half hour lunch time, and go get some shut eyes in my car. I have Instrument that alarms every twenty five minutes. If a woman wants to give you some stuff and she cannot make time off the job, consider it to a set up.

IN THIS WORLD THERE IS NO PLACE FOR THE WEAK

In this world, people will never leave you alone until they know that you will go to the extreme. I have seen people park their car right on top of my lawn, only because they think I will take it and shut up.

Sometime Only Jesus Can Help Us

Acts 4:12 (KJV)Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Romans 5:6 (KJV) For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. Romans 5:7 (KJV) For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. Romans 5:8 (KJV) But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:9 (KJV) Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. Romans 5:10 (KJV) For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Romans 5:11 (KJV) And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.

Matthew 6:33-AV But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Isaiah 55:6-AV Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:7-AV Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
