T hey were not yet a nation, nor a people, they were only British slaves, yet in time they blaze a trail and make a name that has come to known all over the world. Their music and influence reach untold proportions all over the globe. The first set of Jamaicans has turned this British isle into a natural paradise.
However, their name and fame begin to crumble during the sixties, because a new breed of Jamaicans came on the seen” These were call” The rude boys” The legacies of these rude boys continue until today. A new breed of police was called in to deal with them. These police were tuft men and women. It is believed that the Jamaican police force is the best in the world, with the most splendid uniform. The Jamaican police of today have to be even tougher, and equip with the high tech equipment to deal with troublesome deportees.
HOW TO CATCH CRIMINALS.
On coming to Florida. I went and did a security guard course. The course was good, we had training in locating a bomb, helping pregnant women, helping wounded people, hurricane, keeping a suspect on the phone and catching criminals. It was good pocket money, and since I was not doing any thing but walking around and looking, I also had time to do my writing, I did not mind doing it for a while. Criminals are not hard to catch, once you take away the element of surprise from them. They fall apart like ticks.
You must have heard the phrase” It takes a thief to catch a theft” We have a camera mounted on our building that rotate 360 deg. With this camera, we could spot a potential criminal and sent out a security guard to intercept him before he commits a crime on our ground. Petty criminals are weak-minded losers, who failed in school. These can commit a number of anus crimes ranging from pick pocket to rape. This is enough to scare away investors, tourist, and returning residents. This lost of revenue can cripple a country.
USING THE CRIMINALS TO CATCH THE CRIMINALS.
What the police need is a national informant group. Men and women recruit from among former criminals. These must receive training as police, but given no gun training. Gave no ID but a number, no uniform, and no arrest power. Those who receive payment, the money must go to the band on his or her account, That means they have nothing to show are boast that they are police.
THEIR EQUIPMENT.
A cell phones or camera phone. These must report to the police what they heard and saw.
CRIMINALS SPEAK AND BOAST FREELY IN JAIL AND PRISON.
Some time a crime that was committed the only person who knows who commit that crime is another criminal in prison. Each criminals have a signature. Each group has a style. The informant group can be assigned to spend the night are weeks in jail or prison posing as a lack up criminals. Police can solve a lot of crime from behind the prison wall are from within the jail house.
HAVING A DATABASE OF UNEMPLOYED YOUTHS.
The police must have a data base of every young man in their community. Where they work, bank, employers name, phone and even who their girl friends are.
For example, this person is not working but have on jeans pants worth $1000, gold chain around the neck, how does he support himself? STOLEN GOODS CAN LEAD TO A CRIMINAL. BANKS CAN HELP CATCH CRIMINALS, BY REPORTING HEAVY DEPOSIT OF MONEY.
WHERE CRIMINALS LOVE TO HANG OUT.
By banks, by money exchange stores, by the door are across the road from the stores.
LAW MAKERS CAN HELP.
Making the crime so offensive, that it became too expensive to commit it. It is better to learn a trade and work. Making those, who buy stolen good pay for the death of the owner. If the person who own this good was kill in the process, you who the stuff is found on are responsible for that death.
