What To Do When You Are Call Preach.

M any people are called by the lord to preach the gospel. However, before the lord sent you off to preach, you will need training. The greater the ministry that the lord has for us is, the longer he keeps you in waiting. David waits many years after he was anointed to be King, before he actually gets the throne. You will need to sit under somebody else ministries. You have to serve as an under dog. Many pastors are afraid of under dogs or in other word, afraid of a minister in waiting.

WAIT ON YOUR MINISTRY. .
Rom 12:7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Rom 12:8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
While you are under another pastor’s ministry. Every thing that you do will have a definite bunce back on your ministry. Pay your tithes faithfully. Do not try to split his or her church. Do not bad mouth his ministry. Keep your opinion to yourself. Never tries to out preach him or her. Do not try to impose upon his or her pulpit. Keep out of their face. Do not under explain any thing the pastor says. When you leave, leave with your wife if she will follow you. If your children come of legal age, do not tell them to leave.
If they hurt you, take it like a whip dog, and move away. Do not fight for position, and do not ask for any. Do not make it look like you want preaching privilege. You are there to serve and to sow into his ministry so you can reap in your ministry whenever the lord chooses to set you up else were.
PUT YOURSELF IN A BIBLE SCHOOL.
When you completed your training. You write to the head of your denomination, and request ministerial documentation to preach. From there onward the lord will open doors for you. Now you can even start up your own ministry.
BEFORE GETTING MARRIED.
Make sure you spouse has the same calling like you have. And, is getting biblical training. Before proposing to anyone. You must always ask yourself these questions. How does this person fit into my ministry? What can this person contribute to my ministry? Will this person turn me loose to sure God? Some wives do not want their husband in the pulpit. Too many women are going to be looking at him, and some women cannot deal with that. They will even spread bad rumors to keep a husband out of the pulpit, not knowing that by destroying his ministry, she destroys his purpose for living. Think about the ministry first in every thing you do, and you will do well and make very few mistakes if any.
