How To Get The Victory Over Sex Sins

O ne of my preacher friends, preached hard against, having sex out of marriage to the point where the people took up stones and stones him. Then! months later he went and have sex out of marriage. He never forgave himself and the people that he was beating up; never forgave him either. When these self righteous people fall from grace, they fall hard.
In the Christians community that I came from, the only thing that is consider a sin is having sex out of marriage. They could cut you open like a fish, crush you like a bug, swat you like a fly, and kick you aside like a frog, and nothing is wrong with that, so long as they did not have sex out of marriage. When they lost the sex drive they considered themselves as really save now. They cannot sin again. The poor things do not realized that it is diabetic they are developing.
It is important to know that the article is not saying that the subject in question is not a sin, the article is saying that it is not the only sin, and sex should not be isolated, and and treated the way we do, simple because of what it is
If a Christian uses, not having sex out of marriage to measure how holy they have become, they are only asking for trouble, and are setting themselve up for a fall. I visited a certain pastor at his church in Jamaica West Indies. I heard him preach one of the most serious sermons on "having sex out of marriage" He has all of us men pissing in our pants and begging for the mercy of God. Few years later, the pastor and his family migrated to the United States. On coming to the United States, I went to visited him. He was now living with another woman. His wife told me. If you see the woman he is living with, she has a hip upon her; two hundred pounds. Home Boy is enjoying himself, and are having much fun in the flesh.
1 Cor. 10:12 (KJV) Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.
The Love Of God In You Is The Only Measuring Rod.
John 13:35 (KJV) By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
Christ virtually said to them, "You have been ambitious, envious, and at strife for supremacy. This cannot be. You must love as I love. By this shall all people know you to be Christians." Disciples of different teachers were known by their habits, or some particular creed or rite; but the disciples of Christ were to be known by the love they had for one another (1 John 3:11-18
1 John 4:20 (KJV) If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
1Co 13:3 And though I give out all my goods to feed the poor, and though I deliver my body to be burned, and have not charity, I am profited nothing.
Not having sexual pleasures is a gift that some people were born with and some do not. This have very little to do with salvation.
1Co 7:7 For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that. 1Co 7:9 But if they do not have self-control, let them marry; for it is better to marry than to burn.
Boasting around the pulpit is a dangerous thing. All of those pastors that fall to the set life style, was preaching against the same thing, hard. Then! it came as a shocking blow to the Christians community, when they fall prey to the set life style; they once preached against. A person can be a genuine Christian, but has not attained to that level of sexual purity. The reason are this, the Christian's life is a growth.
2 Peter 3:18 (KJV) But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
Not all of us reach the level of sexual purity the same day of our conversion. That is why it is very important to know the doctrine of salvation. How you are save and how you are kept saves. Not doing certain sins does not mean that you are save. And doing certain sins does not mean that you are not saved.
Romans 11:29 (KJV) For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
Sexuality is a natural part of human existence, and should not be isolated and handles in the way we do, simple because of what it is, in fact all of us are here because of sex. If somebody did not get the sexual urges and act upon it, earth would not have replenished it self, so often as it did after two world wars and so many battles, death and destructions. Also, many out brakes of diseases, famines and earth quakes.
Sexual pleasures has to do with seasonal hormonal change, in the human bodies and in the bodies of all living things. It has nothing to do with wicked intention. That is how, our Creator created us to be. If God creates us to preform a certain way, then maybe it is us that misunderstood the purpose of the things that God had created. Regardless of how we look at it, sexual urges is not our undoing.
No body ever overcame the sex sin by stop having sex. The sex sin is not overcome in that way. Sex is one of the instincts that people were born with, it is natural and there is nothing much you can do about it. Just like eating food, going to the toilet, urinating, running away from danger, going to bed and having a good night sleep. In addition, or having a sneeze and passing gas. All these things are programmed in our body. We cannot stop them from coming on, but we can control them. Passing gas is not a sin but there is a proper way to do it. And an inappropriate way in doing it. Eating food is not sin, but if you broke into somebody restaurants and eat and do not pay for it, it became a crime and a sin regardless how hungry you were. The same things can be said about sex. We must have control over our feelings. And control is what the Bible is teaching. However, not all have the gift to control.
Matthew 11:30 (KJV) For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
If you are having difficulties beyond you capabilities to manage it. Maybe your interpretation of the scriptures is wrong. You are living the life by legalism Instead of by faith.
The Ability To Live Above Sexual Pleasures Is A Gift.
1 Cor. 7:9 (KJV) But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
The ability to live above sexual pleasures is a gift and calling that not all believers had. When the Lord saved a person, he gave the person the abilities to overcome certain difficulties. In other words, when the lord gave you a job, he also provided the tools to do the job. However, if the lord called you to have a family, he is not going to do any thing about your sex urges, because; it is through the sex urges that he is going to get children from you.
The lord will give grace to over come any difficulties you and I may have, but this can be prevented by certain element or spiritual ailment in you and I. We will talk about this later.
1 Cor. 7:1-5 (KJV) Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman. [2] Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. [3] Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. [4] The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife. [5] Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.

Only Three People In The Bible Says They Overcame The Sex Sin. The Apostle Paul, Job, and Joseph.
1 Cor. 9:27 (KJV) But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
The word "castaway" here is not talking about losing salvation. It means to be disapproving of, and I am not even sure if sex is what Paul was talking about in this passage. He could be talking about idols worshiping or even eating food in idol temples.
(2) Job Claim He Did.
Job 31:1 (KJV) I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?
(3) Joseph Claim He Ran.
Genesis 39:7-21 (KJV) And it came to pass after these things, that his master's wife cast her eyes upon Joseph; and she said, Lie with me. [8] But he refused, and said unto his master's wife, Behold, my master wotteth not what is with me in the house, and he hath committed all that he hath to my hand; [9] There is none greater in this house than I; neither hath he kept back any thing from me but thee, because thou art his wife: how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?
The Tendency To Boast.
Ephes. 2:8 (KJV) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Ephes. 2:9 (KJV) Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Zech. 4:6 (KJV) Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts. Zech. 4:7 (KJV) Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.
The lord will never give overcoming power to a person who has the tendency to boast. The Holy Spirit will never let you take credit for the level of holiness that he has endowed upon you.
Galatians 2:20 (KJV) I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Failures To Understanding The Plan Of Salvation.
Constant failures will force the self righteous Christians to drop his or her self-righteousness and accept the grace of God. Mark this! A Christian that embrace legalism, will never experience true and genuine holiness or victory over any sins. Some things that we blamed ourselves for are not our undoing. Human beings are only pawn in the hands of those who live in the heavens.

Acts 4:12 (KJV)Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Romans 5:6 (KJV) For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. Romans 5:7 (KJV) For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. Romans 5:8 (KJV) But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:9 (KJV) Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. Romans 5:10 (KJV) For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Romans 5:11 (KJV) And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.
Matthew 6:33-AV But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Isaiah 55:6-AV Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Isaiah 55:7-AV Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
